There are several reasons why you may have been blocked, suspended, or banned. Please click here to review our Terms of Service for thorough details. Services or alterations to your device while taking offers is prohibited. This can include the following:
VPN Services and Proxy. Do not use VPN services or Proxies, our system will block your offers and currency when detected. This is against our terms of service and if we see continual use your account will be banned. Be careful when taking offer a the office as there may be VPN services in your workplace.
Too Many Device IDs. Having too many device IDs will also block your offers and currency when detected by our system. Having too many device IDs is against our terms of service and can happen when you use many devices, reset your devices often, or had an ad tracker enabled while taking our offers. If we see continual use your account will be banned.
Canceling your payment. If you take an offer that requires a purchase or a subscription and then cancel your payment right after finishing the offer you are not eligible for currency and can lead to a ban on your account.
